King Family | Burnet, TX

Another fall weekend, another round of mini-sessions! These are great for families with little kiddos because it's honestly difficult to keep kids under about 10 focused for very long, even when you really want to!

The Kings have three kiddos, and my favorite point in the session was when mom Oceanna told me that she'd always planned on having five kids, but that her three had enough spirit for five so they'd stopped there 😂

Little Leo was especially excited to be running around, having a blast and cheesing for the camera.

The older two siblings, Aurora and Orion (sensing the celestial theme with the names yet?) were super sweet and honestly had as much energy as Leo, they just held it back a little longer than he did!

It's always fun to see genuine giggles come out of kids, and those make for the best smiles!

That applies to parents too! It's great when the kids are old enough to be left to their own devices for about 3 minutes (I wouldn't recommend much more than that unless you want to lose them to the trees or other climbable things!) so I can sneak a couple pictures in with just mom and dad. It's amazing how many couples haven't had photos taken of them in nice clothes since their wedding!

You can probably tell this was one of the last poses we were able to sneak in!
